Rockburn Plot

For Sale is the plot of land to the west of Rockburn

This plot of land is situated in the very centre of Tobermory with a tumbling stream running down one side. It is part of the hill side levelled by three manmade terraces. The upper two terraces give spectacular views over the bay. The ground has now been cleared. Entry to the site could be made from either from the Post Office Brae or the adjacent property of Rockburn. This would have to be investigated. It is expected that the plot will be sold with Rockburn as a second lot, however selling the plot itself could be an option.
